Drop Spindle Spinning 101 - Sunday March 30, 12pm - 2pm
Learn the ancient art of handspinning using a top whorl drop spindle to make your own wool yarn. In this beginner class taught by yelley, you’ll learn basic spinning terminology, practice drafting and adding twist to wool fiber, and make your first yarn on a spindle!
Course fee covers 2 hours of instruction and materials kit (drop spindle, approximately 4 ounces of Corriedale and/or Merino wool fiber).
Cancellation policy: Full refund will be granted if shop is notified of cancellation at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the class time. A 50% refund will be granted if shop is notified of cancellation in the 72 hours prior to the class time. No refunds will be granted for no call/no show students.
